Initial Order Processing
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or text message. If you do not, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@barenreiter.us.
- In stock items will typically ship within 1 business day.
- Items that are not in stock will be imported with priority and typically ship within 3-4 business days.
- We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay.

Shipping Details
- We ship from Philadelphia, PA; Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm -- excluding holidays.
- You will receive a shipping notice with tracking once your items are packed.
- We reserve the right to use USPS Priority Mail if you choose FedEx/UPS and only provide a P.O. Box.
