How downloads work
Purchasing a digital item works just like buying a print product - add it to your cart and check out normally. After your purchase, you'll receive:
- An order confirmation email (your receipt)
- A second email with download instructions for each purchased item
If you buy multiple digital products, you may receive a separate download email for each item.
Important: Your download link(s) may expire after some time (e.g. 7 days) and the number of download attempts may be limited (e.g. 3 total downloads), so please save your files as soon as you purchase and download the items the first time. If you run into any issues, please contact us right away and our team will gladly help resolve the problem.
I'm a librarian and/or I'm purchasing on behalf of an institution, how do digital items work then?
At this time, digital products on our website are for individual use only. Unfortunately, university libraries and institutions cannot purchase digital products for campus-wide or organization-wide use and distribution.
We're actively working to expand our licensing options and hope to have more to share soon. In the meantime, please contact us to discuss what's currently available for sale.
