Description
It is hard to believe that this highly lyrical and moderately difficult sonata of 1809 was preceded by the supremely dramatic "Appassionata" Sonata in F major, Op. 57.
Beethoven dedicated sonata Op. 78 to his pupil Therese von Brunsvick, occasionally said by Beethoven scholars to be his "immortal beloved". It is also to her that the sonata owes its nickname "À Thérèse".
Choral Score
A score for vocalists that only contains the vocal lines. The instrumental parts are not there for reference. Generally, cheaper than a vocal score and requires multiple copies for purchase.
