This diversity is enriched by numerous contemporary compositions, which are fortunately increasingly finding their way into concert programmes. in addition to works that can be classified as avant-garde, there are pieces with folk music influences, while others move between different styles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe new Bärenreiter series \"Contemporary Choral Works\" brings together high-quality contemporary repertoire for choirs. Just as the pieces cover a wide stylistic range, the scoring also varies – all, however, are a cappella.
